Bin arrived back home today and tomorrow so will first go back to the scale and I am curious, according to my clothes I've taken off, let's see what the scales and the tape measure say.

was my start on 01.04.2009 with 85.9 kg
current weight: 84.2 kg
first again the goal 75kg, then I will choose new
Hips 111cm Waist 88cm
standings on 08.04.2009 with 84.7 kg
Day 9 - 25.04.2009
Breakfast:
a Crossaints
a Brö Tchen
Nutella cream cheese scrambled eggs with onions
Lunch:
turned out because of the abundant breakfast and driving
Snack:
bit of cake, had little appetite and have ne only small portion taken
Dinner:
At Ner birthday celebration
2 kl. 1 small plate of appetizers
. Portion of cheese spaetzle (was not my case, did the rest can be stolzbin * *) kl
first Plate of dessert (boah was the delicious,'ve enjoyed every bite of real animal)

Day 10 - 26.04.2009
Breakfast:
1 / 2 apple with yogurt and chocolate
lunch: salad with shrimp
asparagus, Fischklösse, noodles and shrimp
dessert
Snack: 2 waffles
Dinner:
2 half slices of bread with butter, tomato, cheese and butter, jam
never read all the questions on this, managed very well just eat more to hunger, etc.
Day 11 - 27.04.2009
Breakfast: yogurt with stewed rhubarb
and chocolate
Lunch:
2 rolls with cheese and cucumber
Snack:
1 kl. Packet of wine gums, 2 x Katzenzungen
Dinner: 1 roll with
Margarine, cheese
1 roll with chocolate cream
