I am currently the program instead of appetite Essfrust through, losing weight without dieting. Have read some very interesting aspects for me and recognized. Namely, that I at my best decrease the energy I put in only the loss because it professional (university) was indeed very bad. And now it is running well again professionally, so I have to divide in a way, the energy. Since I must now find a good distribution. This does somehow reflect
well. Noted where a way I can go permanently, not to put myself under pressure and very still eat with pleasure. I have been pretty good about it, But somehow I'm back slid a bit, but I make it back.
