I feel it dazzling moment. This afternoon there was ne interesting discussion between the abdomen and head. Head has not managed to sit through. Stomach and thus the entire body was afterwards satisfied and happy. And I'm proud. Remember how I run step by step in the right direction again. Detours will also take into account, we can perhaps go to see and experience something beautiful or.
will no longer write every day exactly, but always want to write findings, think they are important.

The no diet - diet
already discovered some interesting aspects. Namely, the habits are the real problem, not the food on your plate. And the people who are normally slim, just have different habits. Reprogram one's own but can also, of course, will cost some time and we should not give up. If, however, change the habits that can also Weight change permanent. Somehow logical. Stroke And Liver Cancer

Moving ahead. I am satisfied with myself. Only I have to wean myself back to visit several times a week the scales, I'm working on currently.
I hope the war slowly my run in, but so far it looks like it. Is somewhat frustrating to put on clothes, but this is a bit tight now and some things were before not too long or too large. But I'll go there again, yes, yes.
Do you know the page is-www.wissen gesund.de, which is great. It helps me to read things from there to come back to the "old" and "good" periods returned. 2007, I had it done so already, to eat as normally as do lean too. And that is my aim. I can do it and I will do it. In any case, I'll post back here regularly.
Next week it goes on vacation, then I will not do anything extraordinary, that is, I stick to my made stuff and I do not need a thousand food on the journey with you. I finally find myself in Germany, I can buy anything anywhere, and will not starve. And if I do not get something right now, the world will not be on the safe under.
goals in April: Write
+ every day as far as it goes, if necessary, estimate
+ only eating when I hunger I
+ 2 or 3 times 20 min sports exercises
+ decrease of 2 kg +
not feel guilty if I was eating something
then wish you all a happy Easter. If anyone here is technically removable currently active, please sign, maybe you can give motivation ...
PS: Should anyone be surprised by the lack of early time, I'll go to the flea market and will sell things that I have sorted out.

What I had most success, write, write here. 've Just now read the old entries, some nostalgically makes me even when I see what I had already done. But I get it to go back.
So here is my current information:
was my start on 01.04.2009 with 85.9 kg
current weight: 84.2 kg
target again the first 75kg, then I will choose new
Hips 111cm Waist 88cm
I will now only expect from the new starting weight on, the pounds have already disappeared from the first time are gone and no longer belong to me ...
goals for the month of April, I want every day, with www.foodplaner.de of the page write down what I ate when I do not have the exact dates, ie composition, etc. I appreciate and Wear It then one ...
