And when it comes to my class. My eating habits are quite different than under WW. In WW count calories or eat much candy I have, of course, always scheduled, but that has totally lost its appeal. I have been shopping today and lo and behold, the confectionery division was in any way interesting, and nothing appealed to me. True class-Sun I hope this would create two remain. Am confident, however, and if it does not work out or I go detours, I'm looking forward what I've seen it all go.
I feel much freer, actually totally awesome feeling. Above all, the food is so much less stressful and easier, no weighing, measuring look, exactly how many points does this have probably, what are the calories. Can I eat something or have I had too much already. All of this falls away easily.
Just listen to the hungry and stop when you're tired, in fact totally simple. But somewhat difficult because you have totally forgotten it ...
